Kuala Lumpur - Places That i Want To Visit

There are still many places in KL that i would like to go. People always say things like

"Ape ade dekat KL?"

"Bosan je KL ni"

and many other phrases that condemned the city i live in. But the truth is, there are still many places in KL that are worth to pay a visit. In this post, i want to list down a few places in KL that i wanted to go in the near future

1. Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve
Bukit Nanas Forest reserve is the only forest left among the concrete jungle of KL. It is situated right in the heart of KL, just below the KL Tower. Many people dont know that this forest reserve holds rich variety of flora that flourishes within the forest which includes rare herbs, creepers, ferns, climbers and giant bamboo grasses. Not only that, this forest reserves is a heaven for photographer who love to take picture with flora as their subject.

2. Kuala Lumpur Deer Park
Deer Park was located at the lake garden. In this park, deers roams freelu and oblivious to the visitors. Moreover, they are tamed and accustomed of being fed by the visitors. I never knew that Kuala Lumpur has a deer park. I would love to go there and snap a few pic if possible.

3. Batu Caves
People might think that Batu Caves is inside Selangor, nevertheless, it is actually located in both Selangor and KL area. Batu Caves is famoused among the indians as this is the place of worship for them. This is also another attraction for a photographer especially during Thaipusam celebration.

4. KL Tower
KL tower has become a landmark for KL since its opening in 1995. This tower was open at third place of the tallest structure in the wolrd, but, due time, it has fallen to the fifth spot standing at 421 metres high. For those who resided in KL would probably think that KL Tower is nothing but another structure build in KL, nonetheless, we tend to neglect the specialty of the building, thus, we prefer to visit Eiffel Tower or the Empire state Building rather than our own KL Tower.

5. Kuala Lumpur Hibiscus Garden
Personally i think this garden should be made the national garden of Malaysia. This is because, we upheld the hibiscus as our national flower but its hard for us to see hibiscus along the street of Malaysia. I get the feeling that this national flower has been neglected. Hence, i hope that our government can made an effort to make sure that this pretty little flower to be planted anywhere around KL to make sure that the tourist know that hibiscus is our national flower.

Unfortunately, there are no photos of the Hibiscus Garden that can be found in the net.

This are the 5 places that i really want to go among other places in KL. But maybe i can post it next time after i've visited all of this 5 places. Furthermore, with this little entry, i can actually appreciated KL adn really to know KL apart from its huste bustle and the concrete jungle.

Taman Metropolitan Kepong

Kuala Lumpur has a lot of good park for recreational purposes. One of the park is Taman Metropolitan Kepong. This park was built specifically for kite flying. It is a very beautiful park with a beautiful scenery. This park was a great retreat to escape form the hustle bustle of KL life. Like Farina's said, "it was like a short holiday near KL".

Anyway, enjoy the shot that I've take when i and the Jimbets went kite flying yesterday.

Facilities include children playground, reflexology walk and the main attraction a field for kite flying.

There's also a mini gym built for the elderly. Nevertheless usual some of the part of the mini gym has been vandalism by people who did no appreciate this park.

The view of the lake was so nice that it makes me feels that I am not in KL anymore. This is because there is a Rumah Api overview the lake with Banjaran Titiwangsa as its background.

Overall, it is nice to know that KL still have its nature that we can be proud of.

Weekend gateaway

Last Saturday, aku, Zahar dan 2 orang kawan Zahar telah pergi berpicnic. Kalau dah ade aku and berpicnic, ke mana lagi ye tak? Mestilah balik ke kampung aku. Kiterorang bertolak dari KL agak lewat. Dalam pukul 2 petang. Aku risau jugau, takut ramai orang. But Alhamdullillah, rezeki si Zahar dengan kawan-kawan die, takde org langsung. Conquer satu tempat tue. Hehehe

Overall, it was a nice weekend gateaway. Maybe someday i'll properly made an entry about kampung aku nie and dekat mane ianya situated.

Let's Go Holiday!!!

Sebulan dah aku tak update blog nie. But bile aku check, eventhough aku tak update, ade jugak yang sudi melawat blog aku nie. Thank you so much. Banyak perkara yang berlaku dalam sebulan aku tak update blog nie. Actually ubkan nyer aku tak nak update blog nie. Just that aku takde time nak update. Bukan itu aje, aku takde bahan nak di updatekan. Takkan aku nak fill pasal kehidupan aku seharian. Boring plak org nanti. Huhu. Aku banyak berjalan dalam sebulan aku tak update blog nie. Dari Selangor aku berjalan ke Johor dan dari Johor aku berjalan pulak ke Pahang. Agak terisi jugak lah sebulan yang aku tak update blog nie. Hehehe.

Aku pergi ke Johor 2 kali dalam bulan nie. Tak sampai JB pun. Just pergi Ayer Itam je. Kawan aku punyer kakak nak pergi tengok pasu dekat sana. So aku ngan kawan aku pun teman kan lah die pergi tengok pasu dekat sana. Banyak gak pasu yang cantik-cantik dekat sana. Aku yang tak membeli nie pun agak rambang mata jugak menegok. Kekekek. Pergi sana drive kereta kawan aku. Aku dengan die ganti-ganti lah bawak kerete. Kakak die tak boleh drive sebab kereta tue auto dan kakak die hanye boleh drive stick shift. Seronok jugak bawak kerete untuk perjalannan jauh nie. Some people might hate it caused it will be really tiring, but i found it very enjoying and relaxing. Call me crazy but that’s the truth; i found long distance driving very relaxing.

A few days after balik dari Johor aku balik kampung pulak, dekat area Ulu Yam. Lama gak aku tak balik kampung. Last aku balik kalau tak salah aku time aku balik dengan Jep, Hafiz, Ikhwan, Fiza ngan Yani. Rasanyer dah nak dekat 3-4 bulan jugak aku tak balik kampung. Aku balik nie pun sebab nak bawak kawan aku pergi mandi sungai. Saja nak relaxing. Hehehe.

There’s this one night, me and my friend went crazy as we drove to Port Dickson at 10 PM. Huhu. Itulah kalau dah stress. Bukan aku yang stress, but kawan aku. Pergi pun dengan tak bawak baju tukar. Huhuhu. tidur pun dekat hotel murah for RM 50.00 utuk satu malam. Ok lah dari terpaksa tidur dalam kereta. Sometimes best jugak buat bender yang im prompt to nie. Lagi thrill. Kekekekek. Dah lama tak buat bender macam nie since aku habis belajar dekat UiTM Kedah dulu. Dulu time dekat Kedah, bile stress study je, mesti pergi ke Penang or sewa kereta and jalan-jalan area SP. Wakakakak. So nostalgic.

Dekat dalam KL aku berjalan jugak. Adelah satu malam nie aku pergi jalan area Tasik Permaisuri. Jumpe lah tempat lepak baru. Betul-betul berhadapan dengan SMS Selangor. Nama tempat nie santai. Very nice place. Kene dengan nama restorannyer “Santai”. This is due to the fact that the place is very soothing and relaxing. Price die pun affordable la. Not like sesentengah tempat yang nampak cikai but very expensive plus the food, is very bad. So kalau sesiapa tue yang nak melepak, silakanlah kunjungi tempat nie ye (promote nie) heheheheh.

Last week aku pergi ke arah Kuala Selangor. Cadangnye nak pergi Kampung Kuantan, tengok kelip-kelip. But hari tue hujan tak berhenti. So tak dapat lah nak tengok kelip-kelip. But untuk tak mensiakan perjalanan hampir 2 jam ke Kuala Selangor tue, aku ngan kawan aku pergi lah ke Bukit Melawati. For the first time aku pergi ke kota Melawati yang before this aku hanya baca dalam buku Sejarah Form 5. Heheheh. Permandangan dari atas bukit tue memang best. Walaupun keadaan hujan renyai-renyai, dengan ade nyer keretapi yang membawa kami sekeliling Bukit Melawatii, perjalanan terasa senang. Huhuhu. Keretapi yang bawa naik tue macam keretapi dekat zoo. Kalau tak percaya, tengok gambar dekat bawah nie. Huhuhu. Oh, dekat sebelah Bukit Melawati nie ade Taman Alam. But tak sempat masuk. Hujan dah time sampai ke bawah bukit tue.

Last Monday, aku pergi Genting Highland. Tidur dekat Hotel First World for 1 night. Nie semua gara-gara aku dengan kawan aku pergi MATTA Fair dekat PWTC haritue. We come across a very wonderful deal for Hotel First World. For RM 38.88 you get a room at the hotel. Cheap rite? Dekat Genting nie macam-macam ade. Ade patung perempuan yang tersangat gemuk, Statue of Liberty naik motor Hrley Davidson dan macam-macam lagi. Kalau tak percaya, tengok gambar dekat bawah nie. Selain dari bender pelik-pelik nie, aku banyak mengahayati permandangan dekat Genting nie. Memang cantik. Owh, Firts World Hotel nie mendapat pengiktirafan dari World Guiness Book of Record untuk Hotel terbesar dengan mempunyai 6618 buah bilik. Selain tue, ade banayk kolam ikan dekat sini. Kolam ikan Kap. Best bile kite bagi makan sebab semua berebut nak makan. Heheheheh.

As for yesterday, aku pergi sekali lagi ke Kampung Kuantan. Nak jugak tengok kelip-kelip tue. Nasib baik hari nie tak hujan. So dapatlah i tengok kelip-kelip fpr the firts time. It was a very wonderful experiance. To bad we aren’t allowed to snap any picture, thus, i can't share it with you guys.

Lastly, to sum up my great journying month (i know journying is not a word but what the heck), i went to a hot spring in Hulu Langat area. The water is so hot that i feel like i’ve lost almost 10kg from bathing in it. Hahahah. I wish. Tapi, ianya memang satu experiance yang baru. And im glad that i can fill my holiday with lots of new experiance. Till next time, enjoy this post first!!!!!
